Kimberly Lim

Head of Operations

In her role as Head of Operations, Kimberly provides operational efficiency and excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate new technologies.

Kimberly began her career in financial services as a financial planner in 2002 and has not looked back since. She successfully transitioned into supporting roles where she led and supported sales personnel in customer service, operations, administration, events management, budget forecasting and monitoring, and data analytics.

Prior to assuming her role at TMFAS, Kimberly amassed more than 15 years of leadership experience, in which she focused on elevating the efficiency and productivity of team members through identifying their potential and guiding them in creative solutioning.

Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
