Head of Compliance & Risk

Benjamin takes charge of compliance and risk management with key responsibilities encompassing balanced scorecard framework, market conduct, fraud management, AML/CFT controls, and regulatory compliance framework. He is also integrally involved in distribution compliance functions such as investigation, assurance reviews, training, advisory, and management reporting.

He has spent more than a decade with a licensed financial advisory firm, where he has led the AML/CFT Team in its daily operations and was Project Lead for the Customer Tax-risk Review in 2013. Benjamin also led the Market Conduct Team where he was the lead investigator and oversaw the team’s operations in areas such as sales compliance reviews and licensing of representatives.
