As the Chief Executive Officer of Tokio Marine Financial Advisers Singapore (TMFAS), Cheong Kum Foo provides pivotal overall direction, steering TMFAS towards delivering industry-leading financial planning and wealth management services, thus empowering clients to realize their financial aspirations with confidence and freedom.

With more than two decades of extensive experience in the finance industry, Kum Foo has made his mark in senior leadership roles spanning various functions. Before joining TMFAS, he served as Head of Products and a key member of the Senior Management Team of a financial advisory firm.

His career is underscored by a series of accomplishments, which includes spearheading the launch of a startup fintech platform and driving strategic growth in senior business development roles with a fund house and an insurance company.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Brunel University’s Henley Business School and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification. Driven by a deep passion for financial planning, he has delivered numerous public seminars to share financial literacy knowledge with the participants.
