In her 18-year tenure, she acquired extensive experience in Risk Management and Actuarial expertise across Southeast Asia. In her previous role with a multinational consulting firm, she spearheaded numerous transformational initiatives involving insurers and regulators. Her portfolio also includes leadership positions in insurance consulting and technology.

Esther is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). She holds a MSc in Actuarial Management from City University UK and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of London.
