Mr Tokura is a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Tokio Marine Financial Advisers (Singapore) Private Limited. He is currently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Distribution Officer of Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Ltd.
Mr Tokura obtained his Bachelor of Health Sciences from Tokyo University, Japan, and is a Fellow of The Underwriting Association of Japan.
