Mr Tokura joined the Tokio Marine Group in 1991 and served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tokio Marine Life Malaysia and Chief Strategy Officer at Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance in India. Most recently, he held the position of Special Advisor, Life Insurance at Tokio Marine Asia.
Mr Tokura holds a bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Tokyo University and is a Fellow of the Underwriters Association of Japan.
